Job Description
At TJX Europe, as a Loss Prevention Officer you will help keep customers, associates and assets safe by deterring loss on the sales floor and serving as a visible, friendly presence at store entrances.
In This Role
- Support a positive customer experience by maintaining security of products.
- Act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function and aid conflict resolution when required.
- Remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Communicate effectively and work well with the store team.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer‑facing role within a fast‑paced retail environment or a security guard role is ideal but not essential.
