Job Description: Could you be one of our Loss Prevention Officers? We are the world\\\'s leading off-price retailer of clothing and homeware, focused on putting our customers first and delivering a positive and memorable experience for all.
Responsibilities
- Be a visible, friendly, approachable presence at our entrance doors to support a positive customer experience and deter loss on the sales floor; act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
- Work closely with the store team to maintain security of our product and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
- Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Be self-motivated, resilient and driven to make a difference with a natural ability to communicate.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer facing role within a fast-paced retail environment or security guard role is ideal but not essential.
