We are a Fortune 100 company and the world\\\’s leading off-price retailer. This role is with our Loss Prevention team and focuses on keeping customers, associates, and assets safe.

Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced retail environment or as a security guard is ideal but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Be a visible, friendly, approachable presence at store entrance doors to support a positive customer experience and deter loss on the sales floor.
- Act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function and work closely with the store team to maintain product security.
- Deliver effective conflict resolution when required and remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Be self-motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference with a natural ability to communicate.
