Responsibilities:
- Work in Loss Prevention to keep customers, associates and assets safe.
- Collaborate with store team to protect product and assets through investigations, analysis and feedback.
- Deliver conflict resolution and maintain loss awareness via coaching, validation, influence and support.
- Handle external theft situations professionally and safely.
- Educate store associates on the Loss Prevention agenda and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience dealing with shrink and crime resolution in a fast‐paced retail security environment (ideal but not essential).
- Self‐driven, engaging, resilient and focused.
- Ability to work customer‐facing and behind the scenes in stores.
