We are currently recruiting Loss Prevention Officers to work full-time (37.5 hours) between Monday and Sunday at the TK Maxx Glasgow Fort Retail Park Store. As a Loss Prevention Officer you will help to deliver our goal of keeping customers, associates, and assets safe. Experience in a customer‑facing role within a fast‑paced retail environment or a security guard role is ideal but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at entrance doors.
- Deterr loss on the sales floor, acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
- Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and provide effective conflict resolution when required.
- Remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Demonstrate self‑motivation, resilience, and a natural ability to communicate.
- Complete an in‑depth training programme at start.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer‑facing role or fast‑paced retail environment.
- Prior experience in a security guard role is advantageous.
