Responsibilities:- Support a positive customer experience within our stores by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at our entrance doors.
- Detain loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
- Work closely with the store team to maintain security of our product and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
- Remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, resilience and a natural ability to communicate.
- Experience in a customer-facing role in a fast-paced retail environment or a security guard role is ideal but not essential.
