Could you be one of our Loss Prevention Officers? As the world's leading off‑price retailer of clothing and homeware, we’re all about putting our customers first. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you’ll help deliver our goal of keeping our customers, associates, and assets safe. Experience in a customer‑facing role within a fast‑paced retail environment or as a security guard is ideal but not essential.
In This Role
- Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at the entrance doors.
- Detain loss on the sales floor and act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
- Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and resolve conflicts when required.
- Remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Be self‑motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference with natural communication ability.
