Overview

Office Administrator – Belfast role at TK Elevator. We are looking for an organised Administrator to join our Belfast team, to provide day to day administrative support by undertaking a wide variety of business administrative duties ensuring all daily procedures run smoothly.

As an Office Administrator, your day to day will include a range of administrative tasks and supporting service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration tasks including incoming/outgoing mail, calls and queries
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of service schedules for engineers
  • Log calls and despatch engineers
  • Assist with client requests (internal and external), including uploading of worksheets where required and providing additional administrative support
  • Close work orders
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Organise and collate files and documents
  • Printing, scanning and copying documents
  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks as required
