We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lift Callout Engineer to join our London & South division based in London, who will be responsible for attending callouts to our clients' elevators across London.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency breakdowns as directed, identify and rectify faults and report any concerns to the Area Service & Repair Manager.
- Ensure all digital applications on your tablet, and any other TKE administrative documentation are completed on time and within TKE policies and procedures.
- Carrying out safety checks and risk assessments.
- Planning and managing workload around assigned jobs.
- Participate in the out of hours rota.
Qualifications:
- NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- Hold a full UK Driving License and able to travel.
- Excellent working knowledge of all major 3rd party equipment (traction & hydraulic).
- Good working knowledge of non TKE (formerly Thyssenkrupp) manufactured control panels.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to use your initiative and work well with others.
- Positive attitude and receptive to change.
- Good customer-care skills.
- The ability to self-assess and take ownership of personal development.
- An advocate for H&S regulations in the workplace.
