Who we are

TK Elevator’s service and maintenance operations are supported by our International Technical Services network (ITS): a global network of research centres and product experts dedicated to providing high-level technical support for our competitors’ elevators and escalators.

Join the International Technical Services (ITS) team in Manchester and help us turn connected equipment data into practical intelligence that keeps elevators and escalators moving.

Working within our Digital Operations Centre (DOC), you will analyse data from connected elevator, escalator and Io T systems across Europe and Africa, identifying patterns, trends and opportunities that can improve equipment reliability, technical decision-making and customer outcomes.

This is not simply a reporting role.

You will work alongside technical specialists, field engineers, country organisations and digital teams to connect what the data tells us with what is actually happening on equipment in the field.

Your analysis will help us understand faults, validate recommendations, improve diagnostic capability and continually develop how ITS uses data to support our customers and field organisations.

As our digital capability continues to evolve, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to wider analytics, predictive-maintenance, AI and digitalisation initiatives across ITS
