As a Field Support Engineer, you will be providing support in our Technical Support Department for Lifts. We are mainly seeking a lift expert to support 3rd party brands, primarily Kone technology, including high-rise lifts (other brands could be considered). You will provide technical support to field technicians via telephone, video calls, or site visits, and will be responsible for preparing and delivering training on lifts. You will also participate in initiating and assisting with the development of ITS technical publications and lead the development of training simulators and product test rigs.
You will have proven experience working as a field support engineer. Excellent communication skills, verbal, telephone, and written. Positive attitude, capable of working under pressure as part of a team. Confident in using your own initiative and proactive thinking outside of the box. An investigative mindset that approaches issues from all angles, especially to identify workarounds for ongoing incidents. European language skills would be a plus.
