T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch for a Re-worker to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a business that has expanded over the years and offers excellent training.

Job Details & Benefits:

  • Weekly Rotating shifts
  • Mornings - Monday – Friday, 6am-2pm
  • Afternoons Monday – Thursday 2pm-10:45pm, Friday 2pm-7pm
  • £13.50 - £15.28 per hour (Hourly rate includes shift premium)
  • 28 days holiday to start including bank holidays increasing with length of service to a maximum of 33 days including bank holidays
  • Optional paid overtime

Job Details:

  • To complete modifications to IPC standards
  • To inspect completed assemblies as detailed in the relevant process and procedural manuals to IPC/customer specifications
  • To follow company procedures to ensure product and process integrity is maintained at all times
  • Assist the engineering and quality departments with technical queries and investigations
  • To support the creation of documentation when required
  • Assist with continuous improvement activities when required

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience within soldering is required
  • Previous experience within an Electronics industry is preferred
  • Ability to follow drawings and complete paperwork
  • Good dexterity skills
