As an Assembly Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality products. You will work accurately and efficiently to ensure all products are completed to a high standard and in line with company quality procedures. Assembly Operative Job Details & Benefits; * 37 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 15:30pm and Friday 7:00am – 12:00pm * 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays * Opportunities for progression * Company pension scheme * Free parking * Free Tea and Coffee * Company Uniform Assembly Operative Role and Responsibilities include; * Completing wire preparations, connections and crimping * PCB Assembly and component placements * Product programming, testing and calibration * Producing products to a high standard and maintaining quality and attention to detail * Working to daily and weekly production targets * Remaining compliant with processes and standards * Follow work instructions, drawings and process documentation * Report any quality issues to supervisors Assembly Operative Person Specification; * Understanding of electronics and mechanical assembly is highly advantageous * Experience in soldering and small component work is desirable but not essential * Reliable and Punctual * Ability to work independently or as part of a team * Positive can-do attitude If you take pride in producing quality work, have excellent attention to detail and are looking for a long-term permanent opportunity, we would love to hear from you!
