Job Duties:
- Prepare and send customer quotes and complete service sheets in a timely manner, managing stock control
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls/emails from all external customers
- Pursue customers for unpaid invoices
- Ensure service contract renewals are sent out on time
- Be responsible for basic office tasks such as filing, reception, post, deliveries, etc.
- Send parts to service engineers and customers, ensuring shipping notes and invoices are issued
