T&K Associates have an exciting opportunity for a Laboratory Assistant to join our Client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch on a Temporary basis. This is Temporary on-going to support the clients peak period.
As The Laboratory Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operation of the laboratory, ensuring a safe, organised, and efficient working environment.
Job Benefits:- £15 per hour
- Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm with 1 hour lunch, can be flexible with working hours
- Free On-site Parking
- Free Tea and Coffee
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and housekeeping standards across laboratory workspaces and communal areas
- Manage general and hazardous waste disposal, including arranging special waste consignments
- Safely refill laboratory solvents and maintain stock levels of consumables and materials
- Order, receive, check, and store laboratory supplies
