Due to exceptional growth, T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client located near Barwell for Factory Labourers to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis. Due to expansion, it’s never been a better time to join their friendly team. With on-going growth plans and scope for future progression, this is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed!
Job Details & Benefits:
- £14.08 per hour, rising with excellent bonus scheme when permanent
- Day shift Monday to Friday
- 10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday & 8 hours Friday. Paid for 40 hours standard and 8 at overtime 1.5 per week as your breaks are paid!
- Extra overtime opportunities available Saturday paid at 1.5 – Meaning further earnings!

Job Details:
As a Factory Labourer, you will be required to carry out a variety of duties such as operating machinery, assembling products, filling moulds and any other required duty that is requested by management. The environment is dusty, loud, and labour intense; therefore, applicants need to be physically fit.
Person Specification:
- Must be physically fit due to lifting and moving the product
- Happy to stand for the duration of your shift & complete repetitive duties
- Own transport required due to location and hours
