- Order Processing: Accurately input and process Customer orders from the sales inbox or inbound phone calls, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment.
- Customer Service: Respond to Customer enquiries, escalating where necessary, resolving issues and providing information on products and services.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain and update Customer records.
