T&K Associates have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Executive to join our Client on a permanent basis in Castle Donington. This is a crucial role within the Company where you will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales efforts for the team. You will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining Customer records and providing Customer support.

Job Details
- Order Processing - Accurately input and process Customer orders from the sales inbox or inbound phone calls, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment
- Customer Service - Respond to Customer enquiries, escalating where necessary, resolving issues and providing information on products and services
- Record Maintenance - Maintain and update Customer records, including contact details and account information
- Communication - Liaise between Customers, Sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and Customer satisfaction
- Proactive Customer Support - Contact Bronze Customers to share promotions, check dispenser status and find growth opportunities
