Due to exceptional growth, T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Coalville for a Warehouse FLT Driver to join their team on a Permanent basis. Our Client is a market leader within their industry and with an expanding product range, it is a fantastic time to join their business and be part of a friendly team. They offer some excellent benefits and a permanent contract!
The successful Candidate will be responsible for working on the day-to-day tasks within the Warehouse. This includes Inbound and Outbound, Stock movements and Order Picking as directed by the Warehouse Team Leaders. The Warehouse Operative should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and a minimum of two years experience on a Counterbalance FLT.
- Salary: £27,880 per annum plus an annual performance skills incentive of up to £1950
- Hours: 39.5 hours per week
- Shifts: Weekly rotating day shifts - 6am to 2.30pm with a 2pm finish on Friday & 8.30am to 5.30pm with a 2pm finish on Friday
- Overtime: Be able to do a reasonable amount of overtime within the week as and when required (O.T paid at 1.5 after 39.5 hrs worked)
