Due to internal promotion, T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Wymeswold, Loughborough for a Receptionist/General Administrator to join their friendly team on a Permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking Company who offer some excellent benefits and full training.

Job Details & Benefits:

  • £27,440 per annum to be reviewed after 3 months
  • 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday (39 hours per week)
  • 32 days holiday per year inclusive of Bank Holidays (pro rata)
  • Company pension scheme

Job Details:

  • Answering incoming calls and diverting to the necessary person
  • Managing and organising office documents and records
  • Handling correspondence (emails, calls and letters)
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meeting rooms
  • Support daily administrative operations
  • Maintain company databases and ensure data accuracy

  • IT Literate
