Assembly Operative , you will play a key role in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality products. You will work accurately and efficiently to ensure all products are completed to a high standard and in line with company quality procedures. Assembly Operative Job Details & Benefits; £25,800 per annum 37 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 15:30pm and Friday 7:00am – 12:00pm 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Opportunities for progression Company pension scheme Free parking Free Tea and Coffee Company Uniform Assembly Operative Role and Responsibilities include; Completing wire preparations, connections and crimping PCB Assembly and component placements Product programming, testing and calibration Producing products to a high standard and maintaining quality and attention to detail Working to daily and weekly production targets Remaining compliant with processes and standards Follow work instructions, drawings and process documentation Report any quality issues to supervisors Assembly Operative
Person Specification; Understanding of electronics and mechanical assembly is highly advantageous Experience in soldering and small component work is desirable but not essential Reliable and Punctual Ability to work independently or as part of a team Positive can-do attitude If you take pride in producing quality work, have excellent attention to detail and are looking for a long-term permanent opportunity,
