Stock Controller Job Description; Carry out cycle counts, perpetual inventory (PI) counts, and stock verification across the warehouse. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, and inventory variances. Verify product locations, batch numbers, expiry dates, and stock accuracy within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Operate a Reach truck and order Picker Truck to safely access and verify stock stored at height. Monitor warehouse location standards and identify misplaced or non-conforming stock. Manage SIN BIN, quarantine, scrap, and obsolete inventory in line with company procedures. Support Kanban replenishment and external warehouse stock control activities. Produce accurate inventory reports and maintain stock control records. Work collaboratively with Warehouse Operations, Quality, and Production to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse performance.
