T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch for a Reworker to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a business that has expanded over the years and offers excellent training.
Job Details & Benefits:
- Weekly Rotating shifts: Mornings - Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm; Afternoons - Monday to Thursday 2pm-10:45pm, Friday 2pm-7pm
- £13.74 - £14.78 per hour (Hourly rate includes shift premium)
- 28 days holiday to start including bank holidays, increasing with length of service to a maximum of 33 days including bank holidays

Job Details:
- To complete modifications to IPC standards
- To inspect completed assemblies as detailed in the relevant process and procedural manuals to IPC/customer specifications
- To follow company procedures to ensure product and process integrity is maintained at all times
- Assist the engineering and quality departments with technical queries and investigations
- To support the creation of documentation when required
- Assist with continuous improvement activities when required
Person Specification:
- Previous experience within soldering is required
- Previous experience within an Electronics industry is preferred
- Ability to follow drawings and complete paperwork
- Good dexterity skills
