Due to exceptional growth, T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client located near Barwell for a Machine Operator to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis. Our Client is the UK's largest manufacturer and supplier of precast concrete solutions and due to expansion, it's never been a better time to join their friendly team. Job Details & Benefits:
- £13 per hour plus a weekly production bonus when permanent ranging between £60-£150
- 40 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 6am-4pm
- Paid breaks

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate production line equipment
- Checking the product is as per specification
- Driving a counterbalance FLT
- Monitor production line and carry out basic testing and quality checks
- Clean and maintain work areas
- Other duties as required by management
The environment is dusty, loud, and labour intensive; therefore, applicants need to be physically fit.
Person Specification:
- Must be physically fit due to lifting and moving the product
- A valid FLT licence is desirable, previous experience is essential
- Ability to work well as a team
- Good understanding of H&S
- Happy to stand for the duration of your shift & complete repetitive duties
- Own transport required due to location
