Due to continued growth T Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm Free Parking Pension Scheme Permanent role after 12 weeks Delivery Driver/ Warehouse Operative Role Ensure products are delivered and stored safely to sites throughout the UK Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes accurately in a fuel-efficient manner. Follow routes and time schedule to optimise driving time. Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle Collect payments Follow DOT regulations, safety standards and ensure quality service standards comply with procedures, rules and regulations Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship). Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits Inspect products for defects and damages and report any discrepancies Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment Delivery Driver/ Warehouse Operative Person Specification; Experience as a Multi Drop Delivery Driver, preferably with knowledge of the road systems in the West Midlands and East Midlands.
