Due to exceptional growth, T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client located near Barwell for a Lead Operator working a night shift on a Temporary to Permanent basis. Our Client is the UK's largest manufacturer and supplier of precast concrete solutions and due to expansion, it's never been a better time to join their friendly team. Lead Operator Job Details & Benefits:

  • £42,147.60-£47,049.60 per annum
  • Overtime paid at 1.5 with an additional 20% for shift allowance
  • Night shift Monday-Thursday 6pm-6am
  • Paid breaks

Lead Operator Job Details:

The environment is dusty, loud, and labour intensive therefore applicants need to be physically fit.

Lead Operator Person Specification:

  • Preferably from a construction based environment, used to dirty and dusty
  • A couple of years experience leading a team
  • Good understanding of H&S
  • Own transport required due to location
