T&K Associates have an exciting opportunity to join our client in Leicester as a CNC Programmer on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hardworking, friendly team that is continuing to expand and offer staff excellent training.

CNC Programmer Job Benefits:

  • Circa £30,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays rising to 33 days with length of service
  • Paid overtime available after 37.5 hours paid at 1.5
  • Company pension scheme
  • Birthday off

CNC Programmer Job Responsibilities:

  • Working from technical drawings and from visuals
  • Programming CNC machines to create woodwork and acrylic displays using Alphacam software
  • Review technical drawings
  • Conduct quality checks on finished programmes
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Any other associated task as required

CNC Programmer Person Specification:

  • Must have CNC Programming experience
  • Having SCM CNC machines experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be given
  • Experience of Adobe Illustrator is useful but not essential
  • Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
  • Ability to work within a team or with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Adaptable in approach
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills in the English language
