T&K Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical QA and Test Technician to join our Client on a permanent basis in Shepshed. Due to expansion of the business, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a small friendly team that have some fantastic growth plans.

Job Details:- £31,200 per annum
- Paid overtime available
- 40-hour working week - Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:45pm and Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm

- Conduct electrical testing on motors to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with specifications
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in motor performance
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to implement improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation of test results and procedures
- Adhere to quality and safety standards in all testing activities
- Production line testing and reporting
- Flexible and adaptable to cover many different test types
- Any other duties as required
- Proven experience in electrical testing and troubleshooting, preferably in motors or similar systems (not essential but preferred)
- Understanding of motor technology and control systems (not essential but preferred)
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- 3 Phase Testing Experience
- Strong PC Skills & PC literate
