Internal Account Manager
to join their team on a permanent basis.
The
Internal Account Manager
will be responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities and maximising sales through cross-selling and upselling. The role will also involve working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service, strengthen client relationships and support long-term business growth.

Internal Account Manager
Job Details; Identify and execute business development strategies to help create new business opportunities Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts Maintain and grow customer relationships through regular business reviews and performance check ins Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities Support internal and external account managers with quotations, proposals and sales/ marketing campaigns Coordinate with production & finance to resolve issues Manage onboarding, service delivery and escalations Maintain accurate CRM records Track KPIs such as tonnage, ancillary sales and complain resolution Conduct market and product analysis to support sales strategy
