T&K Associates have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Executive to join our Client on a permanent basis in Castle Donington. This is a crucial role within the Company where you will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales efforts for the team.

You will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining Customer records and providing Customer support.

Customer Success Executive Details & Benefits:
  • £30,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience
  • Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm

Customer Success Executive Job Details:
  • Order Processing: Accurately input and process Customer orders from the sales inbox or inbound phone calls, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment.
  • Customer Service: Respond to Customer enquiries, escalating where necessary, resolving issues and providing information on products and services.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain and update Customer records, including contact details and account information.
  • Communication: Liaise between Customers, Sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and Customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive Customer Support: Contact Bronze Customers to share promotions, check dispenser status and find growth opportunities.
Customer Success Executive Person Specification:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
