Job Description
T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a CNC Operator role based in Leicester on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity to become a part of a friendly, supportive team who offer excellent training and some fantastic benefits.
- CNC Operator Job Benefits;
- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays rising to 33 days with length of service
- Paid overtime available after 37.5 hours
- Company pension scheme

- CNC Operator Job Responsibilities;
- Operating a CNC Machine (SCM Router)
- Review technical drawings
- Use a variety of hand tools and workshop tools to trim, cut and fit components into the final product
- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Any other associated task as required
- CNC Operator Person Specification;
- Must have experience operating a CNC Machine
- Knowledge of Alphacam preferred in a POS Environment
- Good experience and knowledge of acrylic/wood fabrication
- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
- Ability to work within a team or with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Adaptable in approach
- Willingness to learn
