T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Ellistown for Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis on the night shift. Due to exceptional growth for our client, it has never been a better time to join their friendly team. - FLT Driver Job Details:
- £13.25 - £15.53 per hour
- Attendance Bonus
- Monday to Friday 7pm - 3.30am
- Overtime available
- Various bonuses once taken on permanent (Attendance bonus, performance bonus, summer & winter bonuses plus more)
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays
- FLT Driver Role & Responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading products using counterbalance FLT
- Checking of loads
- Moving products around the warehouse
- Stacking empty pallets
- Adhering to health and safety on site
- All other associated tasks as required by the Warehouse Manager
- FLT Driver Person Specification:
- Valid counterbalance FLT licence
- Pallet network experience would be an advantage
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience
- Experience in using scanning equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically fit due to manual handling involved within the role
- A good team player
