T&K Associates have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch on a Temp basis. This is Temporary on-going to support the clients peak period.
As the Administration Assistant you will support supply chain operations, including transportation coordination, warehouse management, and customs administration.
Job Benefits:

Job Details:
- Assist in coordinating, monitoring, and administrating inbound and outbound freight both internationally and domestically.
- Support the Logistics Coordinators in arranging and tracking shipments, including air freight and time-critical movements.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping documentation and archiving.
- Assist in preparing export/import customs entries under supervision.
- Support sample order processing and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance and documentation standards.
