T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Higham Ferrers for a Warehouse Operative to join their team on a temporary on-going. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable Company who value each one of their employees, they also offer training and some excellent benefits including paid breaks and a great family feel!
Job Details & Benefits:
- £15.41 per hour, overtime paid at £21.73
- 40 hours a week Monday to Friday
- Rotating shifts 6am-2pm and 2-10pm
- Discounted shopping
- Employer Pension contribution – up to a maximum of 12%

Job Details:
- Picking and handling outbound goods
- Packing goods after production
- Moving products via a FLT if have a licence, if not training could be given
- Preparation of raw materials, handling, pouring and weighing for the production department
- Logging information onto systems
Person Specification:
- Counterbalance forklift licence is desirable but not essential
- Experience in food manufacture would be advantageous but not essential
- Happy to work in a food manufacturing environment wearing lab coats, hair/beard nets and no jewellery
- Self-motivated – ability to work alone and part of a team
