Due to an increase in work volume T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Higham Ferrers for a Samples Technician to join their team on a temporary on-going basis.
You will be responsible for supplying samples for all Customer requests and ensuring they are prepared and despatched on time.

Samples Technician Details & Benefits
- £12.63 per hour & Overtime paid at £18.95
- Flexible hours 30-40 per week, Monday to Friday between 6am-10pm (latest start time of 10am)

Samples Technician Job Details
- Prepare samples to be sent daily to Customers
- Ensure products are sent within the deadline and liaise with the team when deadlines aren\’t met, or any other issues occur
- Update stock in the samples department working with the warehouse for replenishment
- Ensure the lab is clean and maintained
- Support other tasks within the samples department
- Ship samples using fed-ex and other shipping systems
- Be aware of site / departmental safety guidelines and knowledge of dealing with emergency situations
Samples Technician Person Specification
- Happy to work in a food manufacturing environment wearing lab coats, hair/beard nets and no jewellery
- Confident to deal with Customer enquiries, queries, and complaints
