Could you be one of our Customer Service Associates? As the world’s leading off-price retailer of clothing and homeware worldwide, we are all about putting our customers first. Everyone’s aim is to provide them with a positive and memorable experience. In this Interim 12-month fixed term contract role, you will be advising customers via telephone and email, using English and Dutch languages.

This means you will need to be self-motivated, a great listener, and driven to make a difference. If you love helping people, this could be the job for you. Job Specifics:

  • Fixed term contract that will run until the end of January 2027
  • Full time contract offering 37.5 hours per week
  • Shifts are Monday to Friday 9-5 outside of peak trading months, with teams working 1 in every 3 weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
  • During Peak trading months (October, November & December), the team extends their opening hours and offers 3 rotating shifts on a weekly basis (8:00 - 16:00, 9:00 - 17:00 & 11:00-19:00)
  • We offer 2 weeks of full-time training to help get you job ready before starting your contracted hours
  • No relocation package; please consider how you would relocate when applying as the role is office based
