Responsibilities
- Contribute to project team backlog refinement, including user story point estimation and testing considerations.
- Lead discovery and refinement of Workday features and functionality for Talent & Performance.
- Analyze complex business processes and define integrated business and solution requirements using industry-standard methodologies and techniques.
- Coordinate functional and non-functional testing to support solution validation.
- Support current Talent & Performance processes in SAP SuccessFactors during the transition period.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent IT delivery skillset/training/experience.
- 3 years experience working on a large, global platform of Workday HCM with a focus on Talent & Performance.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration, including business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and EIBs.
- Experience with Workday reporting and analytics.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, especially in Talent & Performance modules, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently.
- Strong listening and communication skills (written, verbal).
