About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and driven Recruitment Rescourcer to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying talent, and helping businesses find the right people.
Whether you have previous recruitment experience or a strong background in sales or customer service, we provide the support and training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
- Advertise vacancies across multiple job boards and social media platforms.
- Match candidates to suitable opportunities based on skills and experience.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial briefing through to placement.
- Negotiate offers and provide guidance to both clients and candidates.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking and business development activities.
- Maintain accurate records using the company's recruitment database and CRM system.
- Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets.
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
