Role Overview: This office-based administrative role is integral to our small, dedicated team. You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our quality and service standards align with customer needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Efficiently oversee and process orders (including pro forma, sales orders, and invoices) using Sage Line 50. You will also be responsible for dispatching orders and creating the necessary logistics paperwork to ensure smooth delivery.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer support with a proactive, problem-solving approach and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers, fostering rapport and trust.
- Point of Contact: Act as the point of contact for customers, managing phone calls and email inquiries in a friendly and professional manner, as well as greeting customers on-site.
