Position Overview: We are seeking a capable self-starter with knowledge of Sage who is eager to contribute to our on-site dynamic environment. Your role will involve working as a full-time administrator, handling incoming and outgoing communications as well as general administrative tasks.

Typical work activities include:

  • Overseeing and processing orders in a timely manner (pro forma, sales order, invoices) using Sage Line 50.
  • Providing excellent customer service with a pro-active problem-solving approach and a real can-do attitude.
  • Being the first point of contact for customers, answering phone calls and email queries in a friendly and professional manner and greeting customers on site.
  • Responsible for arranging the dispatch of orders both in the UK and internationally, and for addressing any logistical issues that may arise.
  • Assisting with stock control and inventories, back orders and keeping close track of timeline and ready dates.

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in a customer focus role (customer services, sales…) and knowledge of Sage line 50.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

Working hours: Mon-Thur 09:00-17:30, Friday 9:00-14:00.
