TJB Super Yachts is seeking a creative, hands-on Content & Marketing Executive to lead the production of high-quality visual and digital content across all channels. This is a content-first role. You will be responsible for capturing, creating, and distributing engaging content that reflects the brand’s premium positioning—across social media, email, website, and marketing campaigns.

REPORTING TO: A global role, reporting into our Commercial Manager and working closely with our marketing and local business teams.

Role Responsibilities

  • Content Creation (Core Focus)
    • Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for social media, listings, and campaigns
    • Develop visual storytelling around yachts, destinations, and client experiences
    • Manage content calendar and ensure consistent output
  • Social Media & Digital
    • Own day-to-day management of social channels
    • Write compelling captions and optimise content for engagement
    • Track performance and refine content strategy based on results
  • Design & Brand
    • Produce high-quality marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital assets)
    • Maintain brand consistency across all outputs
    • Create visually strong email campaigns and marketing collateral
  • Email & Website
    • Build and execute email campaigns
    • Upload and manage website content (WordPress or similar CMS)
  • General Marketing Support
    • Assist with campaign planning and execution
    • Stay on top of content trends and competitor activity
    • Collaborate with brokers and wider team to capture opportunities

Experience and Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a content-driven marketing role
  • Strong photography and videography skills (essential)
  • Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Suite, Final Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe / Canva / Figma)
  • Strong copywriting ability with attention to tone and detail
  • Experience managing social media accounts
  • Familiarity with CMS (WordPress preferred) and email platforms
