Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team. You will act as the pivotal liaison between the client and our internal design, artwork, and production teams, ensuring profitable, on‑time, and brief‑compliant delivery of both large and small‑scale projects. You will carry out effective brand strategies within a creative environment, maintain and grow key client relationships, and spot and deliver growth opportunities. Your attention to detail will be vital to meet all client KPIs, build trust, and confidently lead high‑level client conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate, and implement effective brand strategies, delivering against objectives and deadlines.
  • Conduct market research to analyse current trends in branding and design.
  • Manage projects from concept to market, developing brands for new products and packaging.
  • Deliver professional brand presentations to clients.
  • Strategically manage corporate clients, including creating brand guidelines in accordance with required deadlines.
  • Account Management
    • Ensure brief research, accurate information transfer to creative & artwork departments, and vigilant focus on timelines and budgets.
    • Promote effective communication and lasting relationships internally and with clients.
    • Advise on interpreting and communicating client briefs to the team.
    • Lead process and technology upgrades, driving change and innovation.
    • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and cultural empathy to work credibly with international clients.
  • Client Relationships
    • Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships.
    • Provide strategic direction and lead conversations that guide clients.
    • Develop existing and new client relationships to uncover new opportunities and increase turnover.
    • Ensure client needs are met and executed to the highest standard.
    • Communicate professionally, building trust and confidence in the company.
    • Serve as the client point person, engaging high‑level stakeholders and knowing when to involve subject‑matter experts.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • 5+ years of account management experience.
    • Branding experience in a creative environment.
    • Professional German language skills in writing and speaking.
    • Understanding of internal design agency procedures, client expectations, and large‑scale artwork execution for major retailers (thousands of SKUs per year).
    • FMCG packaging experience advantageous.
    • Experience delivering in high‑pressure environments with tight deadlines.
    • Ability to manage project profitability and delivery timelines.
    • Flexible and able to coordinate multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
