We combine creativity, precision, and production expertise to deliver end-to-end design-to-artwork solutions for global retailers.

Our culture is built on reliability, consistency, and exceptional attention to detail.

We’re hands-on, dependable, and obsessed with craft, delivering work that performs in the real world.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-focused Junior Operations Coordinator & Agency Administrator to join our design agency.

This is a varied, entry-level role that works across the studio, supporting different departments and helping to keep projects, deadlines and day-to-day agency operations running smoothly.

The role will be line-managed by the traffic manager and will combine project coordination, general administration, artwork support and technology-related tasks.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who enjoys solving problems, following up on actions and making sure nothing falls through the gaps.

Key Responsibilities

Deadline Coordination

A central responsibility of the role will be managing the agency’s studio deadline sheet and helping ensure that all work is delivered on time.

This will include

  • Producing and reviewing a daily report of all work due to leave the studio.
  • Liaising with departments and individual stakeholders to confirm the status of each project.
  • Following work through each stage of the agency process and identifying anything that could delay delivery.
  • Proactively escalating issues and helping to remove blockers as quickly as possible.
  • Updating the deadline sheet throughout the day as work is completed.
  • Working towards a clear deadline list by the end of each day.
  • Agency and Studio Administration
  • Providing general administrative support to the directors and wider agency.
  • Coordinating information and actions between departments.
  • Supporting meetings, project administration, document management and other day-to-day studio requirements.
  • Helping to maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date internal records.
  • Artwork and Design Support

Full training will be provided in

  • Collecting and preparing print data for artwork.
  • Creating packshots and presentation assets for the design team.
  • Supporting other artwork-production and studio processes as required.
  • Operations and Technology Support
  • Helping to onboard new members of staff onto the agency’s systems and technology.
  • Supporting internal technology and process-improvement projects.
  • Assisting with the introduction, testing and documentation of new tools and workflows.
  • Providing practical operational support wherever required across the agency.

About You

You will be

  • Exceptionally organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Confident following up with colleagues and keeping tasks moving.
  • A clear and professional communicator.
  • Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership of problems.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, project-management tools and digital systems.
  • Interested in design, creativity and the operational side of a busy agency.
  • Keen to learn and develop within a varied, collaborative role.

Previous agency, administration, project-coordination or studio experience would be helpful but is not essential.

More important are a positive attitude, strong organisational skills and the confidence to communicate with people across the business.
