A unique opportunity has arisen for an Artwork Project Manager to join the team based remotely in the UK. You will be responsible for the administration and management of accounts/projects that fall under your remit.
You will be commercially astute and able to hit deadlines whilst managing a number of projects making sure they are accurate, to the highest quality and to timescale. By liaising between the client and the company’s internal design, artwork, and production teams you will ensure projects are delivered smoothly.
You'll be the assistant to the Account Director on US based retailer accounts. This role benefits from strong familiarity working within the creative design process - Packaging background with production art/prepress understanding a must.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration and running of accounts and projects, and for maintaining client relationships as well as building and maintaining strong internal relationships across the company.
- Manage projects (high-level of SKU’s) from initial brief and working closely with the internal Design, Retouching, Artwork and Quality Control teams to facilitate the production of packaging for our clients.
- Ensure the accuracy and precision of all work by continuously checking all details against the client brief, brand guidelines and/or style guides.
- Effectively manage the timing and execution of the internal design and artwork process.
- Responsible for ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standard, to deadline and to complete client satisfaction. Managing conflicting deadlines to ensure changing priorities are recognised and planned for accordingly. Ensuring that your projects comply with all current client design and artwork guidelines.
- Keep full track of all your live projects and be able to give a full account of the status of each project at any given time.
- Ensuring client needs are being met and executed to the highest standards.
- Communicate with clients professionally, building client relationships to inspire trust and confidence in the Company.
