3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Our client is seeking a skilled Amazon Connect Software Architect to lead the design and implementation of AWS cloud contact centre solutions for enterprise-level clients. This is a fully remote opportunity offering competitive pay and a chance to shape innovative, cloud-first CX strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end technical design of Amazon Connect / CCaaS implementations Own IVR architecture, routing strategies, API integrations, and external data flows Act as Subject Matter Expert on migration and deployment of AWS-based contact center solutions Partner with client architecture teams and communicate with executive stakeholders Optimise cloud contact centre performance and build reusable code/templates Requirements: 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect , AWS Lambda , and Amazon Lex AWS Solutions Architect certification (preferred) Proven experience in CCaaS design, integration, and cloud migration Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Join a fast-paced, forward-thinking team where your architectural expertise will shape the future of digital customer experiences .
