Salary & Hours: £13.71 per hour (18–20), £14.00 per hour (21+). Includes a non‑contractual £1.00 regional allowance per hour. 20 hours per week, available between 6 am and 10 am.

As a Store Team Member you will greet customers, replenish shelves and work across different departments from fresh food to seasonal items, always maintaining fantastic standards. Retail here is fast‑paced and hands‑on, with no two days the same. Our stores are open from 6 am to 10 pm, so flexibility in evenings and weekends is required, while shifts are balanced to provide fair time off. Every role is part of something bigger, connecting with people and working together as a team.

  • No two days are the same: Trained across multiple areas – handle tills, manage cash, restock shelves, and adapt to roles in the Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre.
