Guide Our Colleagues – Collaborate with the store management team to ensure your team are well‑trained, informed and capable of delivering the high store standards our customers expect.

Prioritise Customer Satisfaction – Work closely with management to identify customer service needs, communicating these priorities to the team, ensuring all members contribute to outstanding service and a safe, welcoming store environment.

Drive Store Success – Understand and support the execution of daily performance goals, playing a key role in achieving targets and store presentation.

Experience supervising others in a fast‑moving retail or hospitality environment.

Qualifications:
