Job Responsibilities:
- As a Store Team Member, you will be at the heart of the store, greeting customers, replenishing shelves, and working across different departments from fresh food to seasonal while always delivering fantastic standards.
- Provide enthusiastic customer service by assisting with product queries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support your team to maintain high standards across the store by watering plants, baking fresh goods, stocking shelves, and keeping displays clean.
- Take charge during the fill shift by unloading deliveries and swiftly getting stock out on the shelves, ensuring customers find what they need.
- Handle tills, manage cash transactions, restock shelves, and adapt to various roles in the Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre. You will be trained across multiple areas of the business.
