About the role
The Programmatic Trader role is an exciting opportunity to expand your skillset at the cutting edge of the programmatic advertising landscape. In this position, you will manage campaigns while providing world-class support to our programmatic clients, working cross‑functionally with internal teams to maximise the impact and value of our offerings. We move fast, and the ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to tackle new challenges.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales throughout the full lifecycle of programmatic campaigns (planning and strategy, activation and troubleshooting, consultation and upselling/renewal)
- Analyse internal and client reports to deliver tailored performance recommendations based on platform preferences, budgets, and KPIs
- Manage campaigns end‑to‑end—from set‑up (tags, DSP configuration, QA) through to optimisation and delivery, while meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks
- Develop expertise in our products, proprietary tools, DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs (Semasio)
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to the development of best practices that enhance operational processes
- Support onboarding of new publisher integrations, ensuring proper data passback, traffic quality, and scalable supply
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, research, data, finance, and sales operations teams

- 1-2+ years of experience in digital operations (e.g. Ad Ops, Data Ops, Technical)
