The Role

You will join our team in Twickenham, London as a Customer Support Manager, assisting customers with problem-solving and liaising with our development team to resolve issues efficiently. We work with major radio groups worldwide, including ABC, BBC, Bauer, and others. This is a great opportunity to grow our business serving radio audiences on new platforms.

The Products

Our broadcast studio system, Rapid, can be installed on-premises or hosted in the cloud, primarily running on Windows Servers or Linux. Our mobile apps operate on iOS and Android, using APIs to receive content and depend partially on customer infrastructure for functionality like audio streaming.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-line technical support and managing reported issues until resolution.
  • Collaborating with customers and involving the development team as needed.
  • Proactively identifying issues before customers experience them.
  • Testing new software releases.
  • Tracking support activities and generating reports for improvement.
  • Onboarding new customers and explaining our support processes.
  • Improving support procedures collaboratively.

Essential:

  • 5 years’ experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and issue identification skills.
  • Methodical problem-solving and clear documentation skills.
  • Timely response to customer issues with a customer-first attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive in updating support systems.
  • Strong IT skills and experience supporting software products.
  • Background in computer science or software development.
  • Experience with radio automation systems is a plus.
